For you to get the most from a coaching session or programme, it is important to understand whether you are ready, willing, and able to commit to the coaching journey.
Questions to ask yourself are:
- Is there a gap between where I am now and where I want to be? And if so, am I committed to doing the work to close that gap?
- Am I willing to stop or change the self-defeating behaviours that limit my success and try new things even when I am not 100% convinced they will work?
- Am I ready, willing and able to invest time into the coaching journey?
